The Scott Safety Promask PP (Positive Pressure) face mask for self contained breathing apparatus (SCBA) is available in 2 different sizes and will accommodate a wide range of facial shapes and sizes. The masks are positive pressure and feature a Butyl Rubber (Procomp) outer mask with reflex seal and TPE (Thermo plastic elastomer) ori-nasal inner mask.

The facepiece visor is single curvature and made of a scratch and impact resistant polycarbonate material with a flame-retardant coating and provides excellent
panoramic vision. The visor is held in place by two U shaped clamps.

The mask will allow the wearer to wear integrated spectacle frames, without compromising the face mask seal. The mask is available with either a five-point fully adjustable neoprene strap style harness or a twopoint adjustable Polyester or Kevlar net style harness. The face mask features a left hand side bayonet connection for the demand valve. An option of an additional right quick fit port to take a communications interface or a drinking adaptor is also available.

A speech diaphragm is mounted at the front of the mask to offer unimpeded speech transmission and there is a low resistance positive pressure exhalation valve that allows for normal breathing with no extra effort. The mask is designed with separate inspiratory and expiratory paths to minimise the risk of cross contamination of second stage regulators.

The Scott Safety Modulair range of Airline Trolley Systems provide a portable compressed air supply system for the users of airline breathing apparatus.

Constructed from PVC, these Scott Safety hoses are suitable for general industrial use.

Hoses are AS/NZS 1716 marked and approved with the full range of Scott Safety Airline Breathing Apparatus.

Each hose is fitted with a male and a female CEN double action type coupling.

Y Piece with CEN Couplings

Constructed from nickel-plated brass, with 2 Female Socket CEN type couplings and 1 male coupling, the Y-piece allows a single length of hose to be split into two branches. A Y-piece is usually used at the end of a long length of hose and then followed by 3 metre or 15 metre lengths of hose.

The Scott Safety Flite is a first breath activated positive pressure airline breathing apparatus with the option of hip mounted 10 and 15 minute compressed air cylinder supply for escape from the most hazarous environments.

Flite Cylinder 2L 200 Bar Steel Cylinder 10 min Escape

The Scott Safety Flite is an open circuit, positive pressure airline breathing apparatus generally comprising of a bandolier harness, positive pressure airline apparatus with automatic positive pressure demand valve, supply hose and coupling for airline supply hose.

An additional coupling allows the connection of an emergency air supply cylinder which provides an independent air supply with a duration of 10 to 15 minutes, dependant on cylinder size.

The apparatus can be used with the full range of Scott Safety positive pressure face masks as well as the Elsa positive pressure hood when used as an escape only apparatus.
